Overview
After Countermeasure, the world thought it was safe. Everyone thought they had defeated the enemy, when they took down their missile silos and defenses. But everyone was wrong. We have heard through various sources that a new sleeper cell has been activated with double the destructive capabilities! Once again, they have activated a missile launch aimed at Washington D.C. Your mission is to drive your tank to infiltrate enemy territory, defeat any enemies you encounter, crack the FailSafe code, and stop the launch.
